We are no doubt the world’s most unusual book publisher. Here’s why.
In a time-honored tradition that goes back hundreds of years, those who write books send them off to a publisher in hopes that copies may be printed, promoted and sold. The publisher promises to send the author a percentage (usually about 15%) of the sale for each book sold. The author trusts the publisher.
We reverse that order. The author sends us the manuscript for a book to be published. We do so, and the author, after a modest setup fee, promises to send us as the publisher a percentage (usually about 15%) of the sale of each book sold. The publisher trusts the author. 
It’s that simple. Our publishing company depends basically on the mutual trust that we share with our authors to remit to us a percentage of the cost of each book they sell.
To accommodate the different financial situations that our authors may face in submitting their book manuscripts to us for publication, we offer different options, including our unique “reverse royalty” approach. We invite you as a future author to consider our different options and to take advantage of the one that suits you best.
It has always been a special strength of Marble Press that we first establish a mutually respectful association with our authors and the book they want to publish, and we proceed from that point.
